The home offers altogether 370 square meter floor space place for up to eight persons. It is divided into a large center section, a salon with fire-place, and dining area. From the salon one has access to the main terrace with a direct view of the garden and the sea. Facing away from the sea is a generous, well- equipped kitchen. Here also is a shaded outdoor dining area with grill.
The two outer wings of the house each have two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). Each bedroom was designed in such a way that one can enjoy the view of the sea from bed. Each bedroom has its own terrace with beach chairs. On the upper level, there is a spacious studio room with access to a 60 sq.meter rooftop terrace.
All of the elements of the design of the home create a stylish Mediterranean atmosphere. The architecture of the house is in keeping with the Corsican style and its surrounding nature, using traditional materials such as wood and stone and details such as arched doorways.
The garden facing away from the sea and is planted with palms, lemon trees, jasmine, lavender, and oleander. Here is an ideal place to eat, lounge, or play boule. There is also space here for parking. The garden area facing the sea sits in the midst of a lawn which leads to the terrace. Leading from the garden down towards the sea is lovely Mediterranean vegetation.
